DC Breaks is a Drum & Bass/Dubstep duo that recently released the single “Move Closer” as a free download on their Facebook page.  The melodic vocals and great chord progressions, coupled with the hard drop and heavy bass make for a great song.  If you dig it, head over to their page, like them, and it’s yours fo’ free!

Robbie Rivera’s latest single “In The Morning” off his Dance Or Die album is a quintessential house tune.  Big drop, pianos, and heartfelt vocals come together to make a highly danceable track.  Be sure to pick up his album on May 21, 2012 on Black Hole Recording.

Zeds Dead are a Canadian dubstep duo composed of DC and Hooks.  Those who know Zeds Dead sing their praises and if you see them when they play EDC Las Vegas on Saturday, we’re sure you will too.  Their heavy-bass, hip-hop tinged beats make crowds swell and go absolutely nuts.  They’ve released a number of singles on both Mad Decent and Dim Mak Records that we highly suggest you take a listen to, including “In The Beginning” (below).  You can also check out their guest mix for BBC 1Xtra’s MistaJam if you need any more convincing. Trust us and make sure you see their set.

The legendary Richie Hawtin will debut Enter at Electric Daisy Carnival New York this weekend, his curated musical platform featuring the best in minimal, techno, and house.  The line-up includes Loco Dice, Dubfire, Victor Calderone, & Magda, among many others.  Enter debuts on Sunday, May 20^th at MetLife Stadium and will be at a number of big name festivals including Escape From Wonderland,  Creamfields, and Tomorrowland.  Additionally, Enter will be Hawtin’s first Ibiza residency at Playa d’en Bossa starting July 5.  Don’t miss out on your chance to see this amazing performance.

RIP Donna Summer, aka The Queen of Disco.  Check out Dave Aude’s remix of “Fame” singer released in 2008.  While it’s a shame to see such a wonderful singer go, the legacy that she left for disco, and pop music in general, is an astounding one.
