Originality is key to becoming a successful artist and Diplo has it in droves. His latest collaboration with Swick called “Keep It Gully” is a minimal, siren blaring affair, that’s part Dutch House and part Trap. It’s an interesting tune that, in true Diplo fashion, defies normal genre classification. He consistently explores new musical territory by utilizing different sounds, different bpms, and new genres. His ability to create outside of established parameters and do his own thing is one of the reasons why he’s so interesting, popular, and successful as an artist/DJ. What do you think about the track?
